Indian Telco Airtel is gearing up to launch a unified plan called One Airtel. Under the “One Airtel” package, the company will offer all its services namely, postpaid, fiber, landline and DTH services. The sector focused news agency TelecomTalks has reported the campaigning of One Airtel package by the telco. It is learned that Airtel is aggressively marketing and is campaigning for its new unified plan. Another news agency, Mobile 91 reports that the One Airtel plan may be launched on 25th March 2020. Though Airtel hasn’t confirmed the launch date so far.
The One Airtel plan will have four packages, starting at Rs. 899 and the premium package will be priced at Rs. 1,899. Depending on the usages, users can choose the other two interim packages which will be priced at Rs. 1,349 and Rs. 1,399.
Users of Rs.899 One Airtel plan will get benefits like additional postpaid connection just for Rs. 249, 75 GB +10 GB data, unlimited voice calling and 100 SMS per day. Also, the plan includes free DTH channel worth Rs.413 and free HD Set-top box. Also, the subscribers of Rs. 899 One Airtel will have free access to Airtel thanks services, which includes Airtel Extreme, Prime Videos, and ZEE5 OTT services.
The premium package of One Airtel plan priced at Rs. 1,899, will have all the benefits of Rs. 899 plan and a lot more. The premium package will offer an additional 500 GB of high-speed data, up to 100 Mbps, a free landline connection with unlimited calling facility.
At present, the One Airtel plan is in the testing phase. The company plans to start with launching the package in select circles, and on successful results, it will be launched nationwide.
