Bihar government will give 25 thousand to 12th pass and Rs 50,000 on graduation: CM Nitish

With the announcement of Bihar assembly election dates, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar announced seven definitive part-two for his next term. During the press conference at the JDU headquarters in Karpoori auditorium on Friday evening, he said that seven decisions were announced in the last election. He did what he promised. If I get a chance, I will bring seven sure-two parts. Under this, maintenance will be done for whatever work will be done.

Nitish Kumar said that for ‘Saksham Bihar, Swalambi Bihar’, he will bring another seven decisions. Its first determination will be ‘Progress of Yuva Shakti Bihar’. Under this, separate departments will be created for skill and entrepreneurship development. ITI and Polytechnic will be under it. Not everyone can get a job but there will be such a system of training that everyone can get some work. Mega skill center will be established in every district. All those who wish to do entrepreneurship development work will be helped.

He said that the second determination would be ‘strong woman, capable woman’ under seven decision-two. Women will get special facility for entrepreneurship. 10 lakh will be given to women for entrepreneurship. 5 lakh loan and 5 lakh grant. Inter-pass unmarried daughters will get 25 thousand instead of 10 and graduate pass daughters will get Rs. 50 thousand instead of 25 thousand. Women’s participation in regional administration will increase.

The third determination would be ‘water for irrigation in every field’. Fourth, under the ‘Clean Village Prosperous Village’, every street will install solar street lights. Will arrange for solid and liquid waste management. Will arrange for maintenance of seven previous decisions and development of animal and fishery resources. The fifth will be ‘clean city, developed city’. Under this, shelter will be built in every city of the state for the elderly. Multi-storey housing will be constructed for the urban poor. These buildings will be constructed in all municipal bodies and nagar panchayats apart from municipal areas. ‘Mokshdham’ will be built at all the ghats across the state, where there will be an arrangement of electric crematorium. Storm water drainage system will be developed in all cities.

Nitish Kumar said that his sixth decision would be ‘easy connectivity’. Connecting every village will provide better connectivity so that there is no problem for anyone to go anywhere. Along with this, as many urban areas, where the density of population is high, will be constructed bypass. Flyovers, elevated roads will be built. The seventh determination will be ‘Healthcare for all’. Under this, a better system of treatment for people as well as animals will be restored. Bihar Assembly Speaker Vijay Chaudhary, Building Construction Minister Ashok Chaudhary, Legislative Councilor Devesh Chandra Thakur were also present at the press conference.
