Ingredients (Serves 3):
- 200 gms Minced Chicken or Beef
- 3 onions
- 3 green chilies
- 9 garlic cloves
- 1 inch ginger piece
- 15 mint leaves
- 1 tsp spice powder(pepper, cloves, cinnamon)
- 2 eggs
- salt to taste
- bread crumbs
Cut onions, chilies, ginger, garlic, mint leaves very fine.
Add spice powder to the minced meat
Mix well with eggs and add salt to taste
Mold into flat Kebabs and coat with bread crumbs
Fill a pan with oil and shallow fry over medium heat till brown on both sides
Squeeze half a lemon if desired. Serve with diced tomato or onion rings and mint chutney.
