e-pass, follow the rules given below.
1- First you have to visit the site https://serviceonline.gov.in/epass/. In this, you have to click on Select State to Apply e-pass. Then you have to select the state you want to visit.
2- After this, the link of the official page of that state will be displayed. Clicking on this link will open the relevant state page.
3- After this, you have to go to Apply Epass. Where you have to fill your mobile number captcha code. Then the OTP number will come on your given mobile. Fill this OTP.
4- After this, you will have to upload your documents. Along with this, an application is also required.
5- Once the documents are submitted, the government will decide whether to issue an e-pass or not.
6- If your application is accepted and -pass is issued, SMS will be sent to you in the registered mobile number.
7- After the e-pass is issued, you can visit the respective state. During the journey, you will have to keep a hard copy or soft copy with you. You have to show up when security personnel is asked for.
33.4 lakh people have applied so far
According to the National Informatics Center (NIC) website, about 33.4 lakh people have applied so far. Where the government has issued e-passes to about 11 lakh people. 9 lakh applications are currently under process. While 11 lock applications have been rejected.
