Check out this amazing recipe to make your own super tasty Stuffed Peppers. Takes 30 mins to cook. Serves 3-4 people.
- 200 gms minced chicken or beef
- 4 onions
- 4 green chillies
- 8 cloves of garlic
- 1″ piece of ginger
- 12-15 mint leaves
- 2 tbsp oil
- 6-8 medium or large yellow or red bell peppers
- Spice powder(black pepper, clove, cinnamon)
Finely chop the onions, chilies, garlic, ginger and mint leaves
Saute in oil on medium heat
Add spice powder and salt to taste
Cook till water drys up
Scoop out the center of the peppers and sprinkle a pinch of salt.
Stuff with mince and shallow fry on low heat. Make sure you move them around at regular intervals, so that they’re done on all sides.
Also be sure to cover the pan while cooking to ensure the meat is well-cooked too.
Serve with mashed potato or potato fries and mint leaves for garnish.
