The Maruti Suzuki Dzire facelift was launched shortly before the lockdown was introduced in the country. The updated car has been launched in the market with a new engine and fresh styling.
After the relaxation of the New Delhi lockdown rules, dealerships of car companies have started opening in the country. Now the companies are looking at speeding up sales, for which they are making many offers. Maruti Suzuki is offering up to 48 thousand rupees on the new model of its popular sub-compact sedan Dzire. The Maruti Dzire facelift was launched shortly before the lockdown came into force.
Different offers are included in the benefits of up to Rs 48,000 on Maruti Dzire . These include 20 thousand rupees cash discount, 25 thousand rupees exchange bonus and 3 thousand rupees corporate discount. The Desire is priced between Rs 5.89 lakh and Rs 8.81 lakh.
The Maruti Dzire facelift gets new grille, new front bumper, new fog lamp housing and new design alloy wheels. The design of the rear bumper of the new Dzire has also undergone minor changes compared to the old model. Maruti Suzuki ‘s latest SmartPlay Studio Infotainment System has been given in the cabin .
The biggest change in the power new Dzire has been in its engine. It has a 90hp power BS6 compliant 1.2-liter dualjet petrol engine. The power of the new engine is 7hp more than the 1.2-liter petrol engine found earlier in the car. The 5-speed manual and AMT gearbox are also provided with the new engine.
Maruti Suzuki have stopped diesel models from April 2020. In such a situation, like other cars of the company, the Dzire also does not have the option of diesel engine. The Dzire competes in the market with cars like Honda Amaze, Hyundai Aura, Tata Tigor and Ford Aspire.
