Delhi transport minister Kailash Gahlot has stated earlier to the news agency ANI that following the recent law that was passed by The Supreme Court, it is going to be mandatory for vehicles to have High-Security Registration Plates (HSRP) and color-coded strip to determine the fuel it runs on and it’s the engine. Random COVID-19 testing on the Delhi-Noida border found three citizens, traveling from Noida to Delhi, as positive for the virus. On Thursday, Delhi recorded it’s worst air quality for the first time in this season. The air quality of Near-Capital-Region (NCR) was also very poor. AQI (Air Quality Index) of Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurugram, Greater Noida and Faridabad including Delhi was recorded over 400.
