Due to the prevailing situation of COVID-19 pandemic and considering the threat of spreading a new strain of the virus within the country, the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has decided to continue the ban on international commercial flights. International flights to remain non-operable until November 30: DGCA

The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) said that all international passenger flights operating to-and-from India will continue to be non-operable up to 30 November, until further orders. The DGCA extended the suspension of international flight operations that was due to expire on 31st October. Aviation-regulated special flights such as flights under the Vande Bharat mission, charter flights, and repatriation flights including all-cargo international flights will continue to operate, according to DGCA’s statement.
