Lifeline of Mumbai, i.e. the local train, will resume its services for the general public from today i.e.February 1. However, the general public can avail the service only in specific time slots determined by the state government. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Mumbai’s local train services were discontinued for non-essential workers from March; 2020. Mumbai Local Train Updates: Central Railway set to restart eight services

The Central Railway is set to recommence eight special suburban train services. The recommencement will take effect from November 20. Four trains will function between Kharkopar and Belapur, whereas, other four services will facilitate between Kharkopar and Nerul.
